Everything starts with the trial form. You tell us who the player is, their age, their experience, and how to reach you. It takes a few minutes and there is nothing to pay at this point.
You don't sign up for a place at Future Talents Academy. You sign up for a trial. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you send the form and the moment your player walks onto the pitch, with nothing hidden in between.
Everything starts with the trial form. You tell us who the player is, their age, their experience, and how to reach you. It takes a few minutes and there is nothing to pay at this point.
Every registration is read by the academy team, not filtered by a machine. We look at the player's age and experience to work out which group and which session would actually suit them.
We phone or message you on the number you gave us to arrange a trial session: a date, a time, and what to bring. The trial is the real thing: your player trains with the group that fits their age.
Our coaches watch the session and make a call. Either your player joins a group straight away, or we tell you exactly what needs work first, and how we would get them there.
There are only two ways a trial ends, and we tell you which one it is. We don't leave families guessing.
If the coaches see the level they are looking for, your player is offered a place in the group that matches their age and ability. We confirm the schedule, the kit, and the fees, and training starts.
If they are not there yet, that is not a rejection. The coaches tell you what is missing (technique, fitness, confidence, game understanding) and where we would place your player to develop it. Plenty of our players joined this way.

Player name, date of birth, and experience; your name, relationship, phone, and email so we can reach you.
You'll see a confirmation on screen. The academy team takes it from there and contacts you to book the session.
